it seemed like a sweet surprise. the staff extended warm smiles and attentive service to me. i had an extra hour to enjoy my room thanks to a late checkout. That was lovely.
I found the bed rather uncomfortable. It left my back quite sore upon waking. this impacted my rest greatly. the experience was not as tender as expected.

the gym includes treadmills, stationary bikes, and weights for fitness routines. the pool offers a relaxing space with comfortable loungers. the hotel provides complimentary high-speed internet access to guests throughout the premises.

The staff was helpful, and the location provided easy access to various restaurants nearby.
The room felt smaller than expected. (Maybe I should have brought a tape measure.) the air conditioning and heating were not working well. The toilet didn't flush properly either. I expected better for the price I paid.

check-in was easy, i got to my room without problems. staff were helpful. i learned the lift requires the card to access floors, other guests provided that information. no problems found, very charmed by it all.

the buffet breakfast features some vegetables. some looked dry and black. cups was dirty, hard to find one without stains, but overall it was enjoyable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful . I liked that the location was near many venues. Everything was within walking distance! The room was very clean. It was also immaculate. I would stay here again without hesitation.
The room I booked was a bit smaller than I expected it to be though. The air conditioning did not work very well. the toilet flushing was not very effective .

The location is excellent with convenient access to Northbridge attractions! Cafes, bars, art galleries, and the museum are all within easy walking distance. The cultural centre and train station are also very close by.
